Taurus

(April 20-May 20)

This week is all about love, money, and relationships for you. Your ruling planet, Venus, runs into Mars and Uranus, moves into your sign, and the Blue Moon at the end of the week falls in your seventh house of connection. With all of this commotion, just remember that no one “owes” you anything; including the kind of reactions, attention, etc that you want. It’s up to you to love and act without expectation of what you will receive in return, and pursue things without expectation of what they will “be.” Try to just enjoy yourself and be as true to who you are as you can be. Things will fall into place once you let them.

Gemini

(May 21-June 21)

You are dancing in the delicate balance between action and reception, this week. Try and take note of the current balance between the two in your life. Are you pursuing a million things because you’re scared nothing will come your way? Or, have you been too idle in meeting the universe halfway? This balance is one you will continue to come in and out of your whole life, but is important that you check in with where you are in it, now. There is lots of potential for blessings to come from unlikely places, but you’ll miss them if you keep running. Schedule moments of slowness into your week so that you are able to receive.

Cancer

(June 22-July 22)

Mars moves into your sign, this week, which can either give you lots of energy or cause you to feel some guilt or shame for your lack of momentum, lately. Try and shake off any of the negative effects quickly and move on. If you have been sluggish, make a list of reasons why this may be. Do you need a break? Do you need to change your eating or sleeping habits? Or are you feeling uninspired? All of these are easy fixes, so try to pinpoint where your lack of movement is coming from and use this week to recenter yourself in the environments, relationships, and routines that keep you motivated.

Leo

(July 23-Aug. 22)

You are one of a kind. If you have been selling yourself short by doing things the popular way, or by “playing it safe,” you are doing both yourself and the people who look up to you a disservice. Use your skills of mapping, brainstorming, vision-boarding, listing, etc to find what you do and don’t like about the ways what you are attempting has been approached in the past. From here you can find your own formula that works and is the true essence of you, which is why people want to hear from you instead of someone else in the first place.

Virgo

(Aug. 23-Sept. 22)

This is your week to get curious. Your discerning mind can often cut off possibilities before you fully entertain them so as not to “waste time,” but there is magic in the places you don’t usually think to look, now. Pick up books you never thought you’d read, talk to people you don’t usually entertain, take a weird route home, and be open to what you find there. If you let your focus become too narrow, it can make your vision rigid and block your creativity. Expose yourself to a wide variety of experiences, this week, allowing yourself to organize and discern what you learned and what was “useful” only once the Full Moon reaches its peak (on Saturday).

Libra

(Sept. 23-Oct. 22)

What have you been holding onto lately that you know is not good for you? How can you take the first step to let food habits, routines, relationship dynamics, etc that either keep you from growing or seem to set you back go, this week? What conversations might you need to have or what kinds of cleaning of your closet, pantry, home, etc might need to happen? It may feel like cutting down in your life is a loss, right now, but it’s not. The more room you make in your life, the more space it has for the most beautiful and nourishing interactions and habits to form. Get more excited about the replacements the universe has lined up for you than you are attached to the familiarity of what you already have.

Scorpio

(Oct. 23-Nov. 21)

Your Full Moon comes this weekend, which means that some kind of cycle is coming to an end in your life. What would you want that cycle to be, if you could choose? The cycle of your relationship to your body? Your approach to love? A toxic cycle between you and someone else? Whatever it is, write it down and detail why you want to let it go. List all of the things you learned from it and what lessons you will carry with you on your way out of this dynamic. You sometimes have a hard time loosening your grip on things and people you love, but it is so necessary right now. Light a candle for it, give yourself time to grieve the loss, and figure out how to welcome the new and improved cycle that will take its place with open arms.

Sagittarius

(Nov. 22-Dec. 21)

Now is not the time to let yourself dilly-dally or waste your time on things that don’t have a direct, positive impact on your health and happiness. Extract yourself and your energy from wherever there seems to be a lack of appreciation, recognition, or reciprocity. You won’t have any mental, emotional or physical space for the big opportunities you want if you spend all of your time trying to fit the little ones into your schedule when they don’t offer you any real return. Take a look at what makes something “worth it” for you, and use this as a measuring stick for trimming your responsibilities now, and vetting them for the future.

Capricorn

(Dec. 22-Jan. 19)

You may be surprised to hear this, but you have been thinking too small, Capricorn. Whatever projects you have going on, whatever list of qualities you look for in a lover, whatever promises you have made to yourself about what you’re going to do or where you’ll be in the near future, go bigger. Ask more of yourself; to involve more people, to ask for more, to push yourself harder, to scale your reach larger. What’s the point in staying small and scared? You’re going to have to level-up someday, so why not now? Use this week and the Full Moon to really bump up your expectations of yourself and maintain what you need to in the self-care sector in order to keep up.

Aquarius

(Jan. 20-Feb.18)

If you have been feeling not so much like yourself, lately, this is a good week to get back to remembering the basics of who you are. What are your favorite characteristics of yourself? What are your favorite things to do, eat, see and accomplish? What makes you laugh and what makes you angry? These simple questions can help you to get back into alignment with your values, your sense of self, and restore some of your confidence and clarity about not just what you’re trying to do but who you’re trying to be . Once you find your footing, again, it’s time to make some bold moves, Aquarius.

Pisces

(Feb.19-March 20)

If you have been dragging your feet on taking your knowledge to the next level in some way, this week is the time to hop on it. Take a course, attend a workshop, read some books, or do whatever you have to in order to gain confidence in your skills and knowledge base. Soon, you will be asked to take some kind of authoritative position on a topic, and by then you should be able to meet the task with confidence. Make a list of your goals for what you want to learn and in what time frame to help guide you, and then get started.

Aries

(March 21-April 19)

If you only do what’s easy, you’ll get the results that match the lack of effort you exerted. Make a list of things that feel really important to you and the light you up. How are you going to invest in these things, this week? How are you going to support yourself through making a solid, steady effort that you can maintain for the long-haul? The more you reach for comfort and nostalgia out of fear of the unknown or plain laziness, the more your life and opportunities will reflect this stagnancy. It may be a real struggle to remain intentional and committed, this week, but it’s worth pushing through to see what steps up to meet you when you bring your best.
