• How to protect yourself from energies and influences you don’t want (exes? media? family? your boss?)

• How to make making decisions clear and easy

• How to stop driving yourself crazy with your agitating thoughts

• How to decrease anxiety

• How to skillfully navigate tension in relationships (disagreements, rejection, drifting apart..)

• How to access freedom no matter what your environment

• How to be playful with money (instead of fearful)

Create psychic shields and deflectors for social media, during meditation, and walking through the world to keep you safe, protected and strong.

-meet which psychic energies can help you (and which can’t)

-learn how to create boundaries when going into different dimensions

To stabilize is to maintain and become an abundant vessel. Learn how to not only let more in, but how to make it natural to sustain it. Stabilize your abundance, stabilize your feelings, know how to stabilize your relationship to anything and become a strong vessel for your desires.

In this workshop you will:

-identify what stability feels like in your system

-learn how to stabilize your life and energy no matter what situation you’re in

-learn psychic tools for anxiety

-learn how to do an “energy check-up” on yourself and strengthen what’s weak

Freedom Palace

Tension & pressure often seem like barriers to freedom- how can we make them vehicles to more freedom? What do you need freedom from & what do you need freedom to do? Know where you feel least free and bring freedom to that place.

In this workshop you will:

-understand what freedom means to you

-know where you want freedom and where you don’t 

-understand “permission” 

-identify where you feel least free and bring more freedom there

-access RELIEF in any aspect of life
